Zurich Duty-Free

Following on from the previous advertising campaign, which helped reposition Zurich Duty-Free’s offer as an attractive retail destination for passengers, Zurich Duty-Free began the process of refurbishing all of their stores.

Challenge

How do you guarantee ambitious revenue target during the different phases of the Zurich Duty-Free stores' refurbishment - whilst still keeping the brand perception by customers intact?

Insights

As the average human being has an attention span of eight seconds, time-poor travellers have an even more finite amount of attention to give.

Strategy

Use simple and impactful messaging to grab customer’s attention, reminding them not only to purchase Zurich Duty-Free products but also creating a sense of anticipation and excitement about the ‘next generation’ stores.

Creative Output

Bold, purely typographic, tongue in cheek POS campaign to avoid any distractions and get the message across in no time. Placed in specific locations to ensure customers experienced the message at the right time on their journey onwards.

Result

Zurich Duty-Free saw a near 6% rise in revenues
