CHALLENGE

Particularly well known in France, especially with the older generation of travellers, Relais & Chateaux was keen to attract and engage a younger audience but were not producing the type of content suited to reach their desired target customer.

Galeries Lafayette, founded in 1912 has become an icon of Parisian retail with its flagship store on Boulevard Haussmann but it now operates in numerous locations in France.

How does Galeries Lafayette reinvent itself for the 21st century and for its regional portfolio, cultivating a reputation for innovation whilst retaining a classic feel?

Francesc Macià 10 is a luxury property development in Barcelona, originally designed by Swiss architect Marc Sauget in 1967. Revived in 2017 by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan, FM10 curated a living experience on par with some of the world's leading five-star hotels in the comfort of the private, luxury residential setting.

CHALLENGE

Develop a communication strategy to support residential sales in the run-up to the PR launch of the mixed-use luxury development

Following on from the previous advertising campaign, which helped reposition Zurich Duty-Free’s offer as an attractive retail destination for passengers, Zurich Duty-Free began the process of refurbishing all of their stores.

CHALLENGE

How do you guarantee ambitious revenue target during the different phases of the Zurich Duty-Free stores' refurbishment - whilst still keeping the brand perception by customers intact?
